Elizabeth Dillon advises local governments, constitutional officers, and their officials and employees on a daily basis on the many legal issues they face.  She also defends them in grievances, before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and in federal and state courts when they are sued in cases involving employment law, constitutional issues, law enforcement claims, land use and zoning, and other local government issues.  Additionally, she frequently speaks to such groups to assist them in avoiding liability.
